MONAVATED was born from a realization I had during my own journey.
No one could do it for me
I have been inspired by people. Guided by people. Loved by people. Encouraged by people. But when it came to actually getting up, making a change or taking the next step, I realized something: no one could do that for me.
No one could motivate me unless I found that motivation within myself.
That became the beginning of the MONAVATED Movement. Not motivation given to you, but motivation discovered within you. A reminder to tap into your own potential, to listen to what is calling you, and to ask yourself: what is my movement?

I thought I was going on a Yatra. I was being taken on a journey inward.
I bought a one-way ticket to India. At the time, I thought I knew what that meant.
One step. One breath. One prayer.

In 2010, uncertainty felt overwhelming and even simple responsibilities felt heavy. It was during that chapter that angels entered my life in a way I could not ignore.

At first, I was simply searching for guidance. What began as curiosity slowly became a deeper connection. The messages seemed to arrive exactly when I needed them, reminding me to trust, to pause, to listen and to keep going.

My connection with Shiva is one of them: part of my spiritual journey for many years, sometimes quiet and sometimes life-changing.
The journey had begun long before
There was a time when I could not have imagined this connection would lead me to Kailash. Looking back, perhaps the journey began long before I ever stood at the foot of the mountain.
I thought the journey would take me to Shiva. Instead, I began to understand that perhaps Shiva had been leading me toward the journey all along.
Faith is not always about getting what we want. Sometimes faith is surrendering to what is.
You cannot demand the mountain. You prepare, you pray, you begin, and ultimately, you surrender.
One step. One breath. One prayer at a time.
